While for casual browsing and making calls, the 1.2 ghz cortex A-7 processor does its duties without as much as a hiccup while the other one sleeps. When handling heavier applications and games like nova 3, the 1.6ghz cortex A-15 processor carries the load and the A-7 sleeps.
The iphone 5 packs in a dual core 1.2ghz processor which takes care of anything you could do with your phone while the specifications are sided with the s4. The iphone never experiences lag because both the hardware and software is made by Apple.

S4 comes with 16/32/64 GB of inbuilt storage and is expandable to 64GB.this beast runs on 2Gb of ram, much like the note 2.
iPhone 5- The iphone 5 comes with 16/32/64Gb of inbuilt storage which depends on the choice of the user. Apple, like its earlier products do not provide the user with a micro sim card slot; it runs on 1 gb of ram.

galaxy s4-when it comes to phone camera,nokia makes the best of its kind.period.but in the samsung galaxy s4,is a 13MP autofocus camera with LED flash and a whole lot of other features.it can record full HD 1080p video at 30fps.it has a 2mp front facing camera which record video at full hd and is extremely useful when skype or video calling. iphone 5-the camera on the iphone 5 is an 8 mp autofocus camera with a LED flash.8 mp might be lesser than 13mp,but apple has showed us how much an 8mp camera can do,which captures excellent photos and videos much better than the samsung galaxy s4.it can record videos in full HD at 30fps.the secondary camera is 1.2mo and shoots video at 720p.
Operating System (OS)
galaxy s4-the galaxy s4 runs on android version 4.2,which is called jellybean.even though android is notorious for it customization skills,it comes poorly across as user friendly.the os,even though it can be played around with gets too complicated for the ordinary man which may cause problems in the future.the smart scroll feature and the new features announced for the new galaxy s4 is light years ahead of apple.
iphone 5-the iphone runs on the most advanced operating system in the world,the ios6.it is beautiful and gorgeous in the way in which it renders tasks without complaints.the hardware and software components, much like the other apple products,integrate seamlessly and provides a friendly user interface so that even if a person has never used the ios,they can just pick up the iphone and start playing around with it,no strings attached.the way in which you can use it will change your perspective how how phones should be used.not a living soul will go back to android or any other os after they get their hands on the ios.

While the Samsung galaxy s4 may be a beast on paper for all the power it packs,the os,even though it has a lot of features which is ahead of many an iphone, gets complicated to use after a while and the better half of the users will not use these features. The iphone is a beauty which packs the perfect os for any user,be it a gamer or a businessman,they will find it entertaining.the hardware and software integration is so easy that you will feel using the phone is a breeze. The galaxy s4 packs many features into the nicely built body,but it is nowhere near an iphone killer.
