1. Press the power button on the device you'd like to use.
2. Unlock the device by swiping your finger all the way to the right on the screen, until it stops moving. Release your finger.
3. Type your 4-digit pin, if you have one set up.
4. Press the "Home" button at the bottom center of the device, until the default iPhone's Stocks app is displayed.
5. Tap the "Stocks" icon.
6. Wait for the app to initialize.
7. Tap the "filled in circular-shaped 'i'" icon near the bottom right corner of your screen. This should display a list of all your default stock prices and stock symbols. 8. Tap the "+" button, which is located near the top left-hand corner of your screen.
9. Use the on-screen keyboard to begin typing the stock's symbol or stock name.
10. Wait for the stock name to display.
11. Tap the stock name you'd like to use
12. Tap the "Done" button when finished adding stocks to the app.
