Google Chrome is an application that requires permission from the Windows Firewall to upload and download data with your ISP. You can configure the Windows Firewall to remove the permissions given to Google Chrome at any time. However, blocking Google Chrome will prevent you from using it to surf the Internet.
Instructions
1.Click the circular "Start" button, type "Allowed Programs" into the field (without quotes) and press "Enter."
2. Click the button labeled "Change Settings."
3. Uncheck the box to the left of "Google Chrome."
4. Click "OK" to block Google Chrome.
